What you can learn
Drug discovery: docking & MD simulations
Work with in silico pipelines for structure-based drug discovery, including molecular docking, basic molecular dynamics simulations, and interpretation of results for candidate selection.
Cell culture & BSL-2 exposure
Learn the foundations of mammalian / microbial cell culture, aseptic techniques, and good practices within BSL-2 laboratory environments under guided supervision and safety frameworks.
Internship formats
- Summer / winter internships: short-term, intensive learning and project execution.
- Final-year projects: do your B.Tech / M.Tech / M.Sc project in collaboration with AikyaNova on real DeepTech problem statements.
- Mini-projects & online tracks: remote-friendly modules for students outside Bengaluru or with limited time.
Certification & outcomes
Interns who successfully complete their projects receive:
- AikyaNova DeepTech internship certificate highlighting skills in AI/ML, drug discovery, and/or lab techniques.
- Project report and portfolio artifacts that can be used for placements and higher-education applications.
